1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TaxPlan Advisor ("the Platform") powered by TAXPLAN ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TaxPlan Advisor is a SaaS-enabled marketplace platform that connects Clients with independent Financial Consultants (Tax Professionals and Advisors). We facilitate financial services including but not limited to Tax Planning, GST Filing, TDS Compliance, and ITR preparation.

Role of the Platform: TaxPlan Advisor acts as a facilitator. We do not provide direct tax advice. The professional relationship is between the Client and the Consultant.

3. User Obligations

You must provide accurate and complete financial information for tax filing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal tax evasion activities.

4. Communication Policy (WhatsApp)

By providing your phone number, you explicitly consent to receive communications via the WhatsApp Business API. This includes:

Service notifications and deadlines.
Document requests from your assigned consultant.
Payment reminders and invoices.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Uploading malicious files or attempting to breach platform security.
Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior towards consultants or staff.
Reverse engineering the AI algorithms or proprietary tools of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxPlan Advisor shall not be liable for any errors in tax filings made by independent consultants, penalties levied by tax authorities, or data loss due to incorrect information provided by the user. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service on the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
